Tom Seitz
Tom is a 15 year veteran of the cleaning and hygiene industry. While at JohnsonDiversey for 14 years, he headed their
environmental program for North America. Tom's work resulted in the launch of the industry's first comprehensive green cleaning program back in 2003, called Healthy High Performance Cleaning, which was designed to align with requirements of LEED-EB. He is a LEED-AP and an ISSA CIMS Expert. Tom currently works as the Midwest Regional Vice President
for DCS Daylight Cleaning Systems
Vince Fagan
Vince Fagan is a 26 year veteran of the cleaning industry. He has a wealth of knowledge having started as a contract cleaner in 1983 and then moved into distribution in 1993. After 16 years serving as a problem solver to contract cleaners, schools and other commercial concerns Vince was requested to serve on the Illinois Green Government Coordinating Council Task Force. This Task Force created the language for Public Act 095-0084 which requires all Illinois Schools, public and non-public and K-12 to use green cleaning products. As a leader in this movement to "green in schools" Mr. Fagan has closely partnered with Healthy Schools Campaign and United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and now serves on the local Chapter of the Green Schools Advocacy Committee.
Vince has recently founded Fagan Solutions,Inc. a national organization serving green markets in the cleaning industry. Vince is the current author for two trade magazine columns, Executive Housekeeper Today (IEHA) and Maintenance Supplies magazine (Insiders View). Now, as a consultant, trainer and presenter, Vince will share his expertise with distributors and provide knowledge on how to achieve and apply the credential of LEED associate from USGBC. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Calumet College of St. Joseph Hammond, Indiana.

Tom has over 17 years experience in leading organizations through extraordinary business improvements integrating Lean and Green, LEED, six sigma, and organizational learning, and leadership development. He helps his clients generate results that impact the top and bottom line, while teaching them how to make and sustain ongoing improvements on their own.
Tom’s success has been with both small and large companies, ranging from 5-50,000 employees in areas such as manufacturing, health care, government, hospitality, service, distribution, and horticultural organizations.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, and a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
